Took more than a month to dispatch the order, and one of the part came is wrong. Email sent but after a week still no reply

I ordered what I thought to be some quite difficult parts to get. Specific screws and fittings for an old Ducati. But, they arrived, no fuss. I'm pleased.

Great OEM part, as described, quick service and good communication

The parts and ordering were really good, however the delivery time could be better. Waiting over 2 weeks could be judged as a long turn around time. The concept of listing your bike and the model, then picking the parts you require via visual aids is perfect. Thanks.

I've used this company a few times and always top notch. Parts are sent out promptly, but if there are issues then they keep you informed about why there are delays. Normally their suppliers fault. ? Highly recommended company. Will use again for sure

Got all parts ordered together,over three weeks wait for delivery after ordering,assume back order from Italy? Parts ordered did not affect my ability to use bike.
