Review checked and posted on 16/05/2025I ordered the part on 31 March and with the email confirming my order saying it would take about 12 working days. The part arrived on 2 May. Sorry, but that's not good service. I did have regular contact with one of your team who was helpful and I thanked him/her, but the delivery time of 4 and a half weeks was very disappointing.

Super service, web site is super easy to navigate with exploded diagrams for every part. Communication also very good and kept up to date with progress on delivery.

They answer all emails, gone is very friendly and helpful, and they always follow up. Can't fault them at all. My preferred supplier of spares for my Ducati.
