Super service, web site is super easy to navigate with exploded diagrams for every part. Communication also very good and kept up to date with progress on delivery.

The parts I ordered did take a while to arrive - but I guess that is because they had to come from Ducati themselves. Everything was correct and excellent quality.

An outstanding team. Turn around of spares is fast, even when coming from Italy, which may add a few days, but it's perfectly reasonable. They answer all emails, gone is very friendly and helpful, and they always follow up. Can't fault them at all. My preferred supplier of spares for my Ducati.
