Overall service great, very easy to order, parts diagram fantastic. Part surprisingly cheap! P and P very expensive, more than twice the cost of the part. 
Part identification was straightforward on the website and ordering easy. Got notification of around 12 days delivery but actually arrived around 4 days earlier than forecast.

I regularly buy parts from here. The site makes it very easy to pick parts from the expanded parts diagram. Delivery times are reasonable for most parts, Understandably, sometimes they have to be ordered in. Prices are reasonable, but not the cheapest if you wish hunt around. Delivery costs have to be factored in, so I usually wait until I have quite a basket of needs. it would be great if small screws etc. could be ordered with very cheap delivery costs.
